The process

The process starts with a quick questionnaire so I can get to know you better and learn more about what you’re hoping to accomplish

Once I know a little more about you, we can decide which coaching package works best for you based on your needs, timing and budget 

We’ll have a kick of zoom call (I promise it will be fun - I’m full of horrible and corny jokes that are sure to make you roll your eyes) to get things moving 

I might give you a little homework (insert eye-roll), we’ll schedule our next call, and I’ll show you how you can keep in touch with me in the meantime

Swim coach, Youth Development Leadership PhD student and adventure lover.

I work with student-athletes, coaches and teams to help them learn more about themselves, grow and lead with intention. I'm passionate about helping team captains learn how to become influential, transformational leaders and working with teams to break down barriers that keep them from performing at their highest level.
