The process
Our process starts with getting to know your board through a survey (and mini-interviews if necessary) so I can better understand where you’ve been, where you are now and where you’d like to go
After I’ve gathered my intel, I’ll put together our plan of attack and give the Board some “homework” to complete before our main session together
We’ll schedule our primary session and be prepared to be efficient, effective and make progress towards your goals.
As always, the fortune is in the follow up, so I will prioritize following up 30, 60 and 90 days after we meet to ensure that you are staying on track with your priorities
